SeaRock Offshore Services Ltd was founded and registered in Ghana in January 2010.The Company is owned by a group of Ghanaians. Its founders have numerous years of maritime experience from various locations and activities all over the world.

In July 2010 SeaRock Offshore Services Ltd signed a Joint operational partnership Agreement with Eidesvik Offshore ASA to become their operational partner in Ghana and west Africa sub region. SeaRock Offshore Services Ltd has, together with Eidesvik tendered on several PSV tenders in 2010 and 2011.
SeaRock Offshore Services Ltd. holds a Ghana Petroleum Commission License and a Manning Labour certificate (MLC).
SeaRockinvest is a subsidiary company of SeaRock offshore services ltd. Established in 2019 as general merchandise. SeaRockinvest's main core business is to focus on commodities and petroleum trading. .

Nelson Kodzoe Soh
Managing Director
Mr. Soh has a degree in Maritime Engineer from the Regional Maritime University. In addition, he has Diploma in Business Administration fromGraduate School of Governance, Ghana, and also holds Executive Mastery-(EMCBA) Certificate in Business Administration and corporate Governance and Strategic Management, from (ALMOND INSTITUTE) Ghana.
He has 16 years sailing experience from international drilling rigs, cargo and tug vessels. Mr Soh is the founder and co-owner of NELGOF manning Agency
Anthony Q. Addy
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Holds class 1 marine engineer certificate (DTI.UK) MSc Maritime Education and Training (Degree).
Marine Chief Engineer – Surveyor and Repairs Engineer at Maritec Shipping N.V. Belgium. ¢ Marine Chief Engineer – Seahorse Incorporated Offshore Services (Nigeria) , Offshore Engineering services within drilling platforms and crude oil storage vessels as tank farms on standby / supply vessels.
Joseph Narh Mante
Tehnical Director
holds class 1 Marine Engineering Certificate, MSc Maritime Education and Training (Degree).
Chief Engineer on-board cargo ship from 1979 to 1986.
Shore based engineer – North Brewery Ltd. Kano Nigeria from 1980 to 1983.
Lecturer at Regional Maritime University from 1986 to date.
